Toroid's unique Poly-Mount hardware, available in several sizes, can be used for transformers or chokes with a minimum ID of 1.0". The power ratings of suitable transformers normally range from 35VA to 600VA for 60Hz operation. (20% lower for 50Hz). Poly-Mount is made of black Polyamide 66, UL listed under Flammability Class UL94V-2, and approved for 125þC operating temp.

The Poly-Mount consists of two identical parts that are inserted through the center hole of the transformer or choke. A screw through the center hole of the Poly-Mount holds the transformer assembly securely in place. The Poly-Mount can be easily removed, if required.
 

Replacing the metal washer and two rubber pads, the Poly-Mount, shipped as an integral part of the transformer, saves you labor time to mount the transformer and eliminates the handling of separate mounting washers and pads. The Poly-Mount adds slightly to the height of the transformer.
