Standard catalog quotes typically ship the same or next business day. Custom designs are reviewed by engineering within 48 hours, often with a first-pass magnetic design included.

What's the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity on a custom first article. We will build 1-5 prototypes so you can validate the design in your own system before committing to volume.

Can you build to our drawing or to our customer's AQL?

Yes. We work to customer prints regularly and can plan production-grade AQL inspection plans on request. Send the drawing along with your RFQ.

Do you support first-article inspection and PPAP?

First-article inspection reports and full PPAP packages are available on request, including dimensional layouts, material certs, and process flow documentation.

Which compliance standards can you certify against?

UL 506, UL 5085, UL 60601, CSA C22.2, IEC 61558, EN 60601, plus RoHS and REACH materials compliance, among others. Tell us which standards apply to your product.

How do you handle NDAs and confidential designs?

Both mutual and one-way NDAs are fine: send yours or use ours. Confidential designs stay siloed within engineering and are never shared in case studies without permission.
