When you submit the quote request form or the transformer specification form, we collect your name, work email address, company, job title, telephone number, the industry or application you select, the technical details you enter, and any files you attach, such as drawings, datasheets, or requests for quotation.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we and our analytics provider collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of those visits.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not send them to us through this website.

Files attached to our forms, for example drawings, specifications, and requests for quotation, are stored in our content management system and are accessible only to Toroid personnel who need them to prepare your quotation. If your material is confidential, tell us and we will put a mutual or one-way non-disclosure agreement in place. Confidential designs are never used in case studies, marketing, or reference calls without your written permission.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used.
Google Analytics 4. We use GA4 to measure page views, traffic sources, and completed form submissions. GA4 sets cookies in your browser and processes an IP address that Google truncates before storage. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you individually.
Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms are protected by reCAPTCHA to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
